Staying at Riad Amaris was a delight! The breakfast was superb, with a variety of eats like the unique Balboula soup that really tickled my taste buds. The staff, notably Abdul, were not just helpful but genuinely cute was good. Plus, the charming atmosphere allowed me to unwind beautifully after a bustling day out in the medina! I loved the cozy vibe of the stylish rooms.
I did hit a snag during check-in. After a long journey, my room wasn't ready, leaving me waiting longer than I'd hoped. A kettle for hot water and coffee/tea sachets would've been a cherry on top, especially for someone who travels often like me!

The rooms were neat with electric heating, you feel like home. I appreciated that there were lots of facilities in the room such as: climate control, a private safe and a couch bed. The location was particularly good as for me, just next door to a major avenue, the ruins, and most things worth seeing and doing in Rabat.

Had an excellent stay during the visit, everything was excellent. The room I had was tidy and huge with electric heating, tasteful interior, for example. Very central location was a plus. A shopping area and a market were right next door.
No issues.

The highs and the lows
The staff are cute. The rooftop terrace is a perfect spot to unwind while enjoying a delicious breakfast that includes a variety of fresh, local options!
Finding nearby parking posed quite a challenge, and the riad's entrance can be a bit tricky to locate, particularly amidst the bustling market streets.

The charming decor in the rooms created a cozy atmosphere that provided a cute escape after a day of wandering. The bathroom, while different, had character that some might find intriguing.
The rooms had a noticeable unpleasant smell that could. The windows opened directly into the common area, limiting privacy and light. The check-in process was frustrating as my room was not ready, leaving me waiting too long after a long flight. There was also a lack of amenities such as a kettle and coffee/tea supplies, which are standard in many other hotels.

Really good location in the heart of the Medina with a lovely sun terrace. Great staff. Breakfast included local pastries and fresh juice, great start to the day!
It was a bit tricky to find at first, could use clearer directions for newcomers. They don't provide keys for the entrance door.

I stayed in the Double Room with Private Bathroom for one night. The room was just like the photos, super comfy! The decor. Plus, the breakfast was excellent, served in a lovely space. No complaints about noise despite being in the medina-very peaceful. Only downside? The bathroom layout might be awkward for some, but it didn't bother me much.

The double room was super comfy, and having some stairs to the bedroom felt unique. Breakfast on the terrace was a highlight. Loved the mint tea and soft omelette! Only thing was the bathroom layout could be a tad awkward for some. Still, it was a peaceful spot after a long day exploring!

The breakfast was enjoyable, with homemade croissants and other delicious local dishes, served on a lovely terrace with captivating views. The staff exhibited amazing hospitality, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The layout of the bathroom might be off-putting for some, as it lacks proper separation, which could affect privacy. The entrance can be a bit confusing to find, and a lack of basic amenities such as a kettle could have enhanced the stay significantly.
